Private island lodge in Golfo Dulce

Rooms from $300 a night on a forested island 10 minutes by boat from Golfito, with its own dock, pool and trails.

A mountain rising out of the Sweet Gulf

Steep forested ridges, old trees and still water on every side. Close enough to Golfito to reach easily, far enough that the only sounds at night are the forest and the tide.

Trails to the waterfall

From the gardens, paths wind into the forest that covers the island: along streams and palm groves, down to the mangroves, and to a waterfall in the rock. Every trail is an easy walk on a marked path.
